Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Seattle, WA to manage defined accounts within a geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement. You will execute the territory strategy, understand PHI, and support healthcare providers with payer coverage and access processes.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and knowledge of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid coverage.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master/Bachelor with leadership experience required.
• Experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills and strong communication.
• Experience with hubs, billing, and appeals across physician types preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to conduct web meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB extension, providing live coverage support.
• Guide reimbursement journey from payer prior authorization to appeals/denials.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement with partners including HUB.
• Explain coverage options under Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid.
