Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access for Purified Cortrophin Gel. You will focus on reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance, educating providers on insurance requirements and coverage policies.

You will coordinate with case management teams, specialty pharmacies, and Nurse Access Specialists, and facilitate patient assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or applicable certifications required.
• 3–4+ years experience with specialty medications in pharma, provider, or payer settings.
• Expertise in pharmacy and medical benefits within a specialty disease market.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on insurance requirements and coverage policies.
• Coordinate with case management teams, specialty pharmacies and Nurse Access Specialists.
• Facilitate patient assistance programs and access support.
• Collaborate with sales and managed care to navigate policies and address access issues.
