McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services across a Los Angeles, CA territory. The role blends on-site and remote education, proactive outreach, and client-facing collaboration with physician offices, plans, and manufacturers.

You will travel extensively to deliver trainings, coordinate with hub teams, and manage benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance and appeals.

Formación

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote education for reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Medicare and Commercial coverage.
• Manage reimbursement casework, billing updates, and claims submissions with hub collaboration.
• Set up appointments, complete outbound calls, and interface with physicians and manufacturers.
• Monitor program performance and report trends to management and client.
• Research provider information for reimbursement database and maintain FRM CRM records.
