Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for the office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization processes, Medicare and Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing and coding updates, and claims submission.
• Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to targeted offices; coordinate with physicians and manufacturers.
• Monitor program performance and report trends to clients and management.
• Research and compile provider/manufacturer information for reimbursement databases.
