Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Immunology – Pulmonology and Gastroenterology in the Boston South region. This FRM will navigate payer landscapes, educate physician offices, and partner across Regeneron and Alliance teams to optimize access for patients.

You will lead strategic access plans, track coverage changes, and manage a territory budget while staying current on clinical data and product knowledge to support the therapeutic area effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics.
• Demonstrated experience with products distributed through a specialty pharmacy network.
• Proven ability to navigate a matrixed, account management‑based environment with internal and external collaborators.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Experience in leadership or cross-functional team coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance teams to be the go-to payer and process expert for healthcare provider accounts.
• Develop and execute a strategic access and reimbursement plan tailored to products and accounts in your geography.
• Educate physician offices on product coverage, specialty pharmacy processes, and patient support programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted HCP offices to resolve payer coverage barriers.
• Track local and national payer landscape developments and inform field partners.
• Support development of market access materials with field insights.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical and product knowledge as the access resource in the therapeutic area.
• Manage territory budget to deploy resources effectively and drive results.
