Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to be the frontline payer and access expert within our Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team in the Boston area. You will navigate payer landscapes, educate physician offices, and drive access strategies for biologic therapies across your geography.

You will partner with Regeneron and Alliance teams, manage account relationships, and contribute to market access materials while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics, including at least 2 years in reimbursement or field access roles.
• Proven experience with products distributed through a specialty pharmacy network.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, account-management environment with cross-functional collaborators.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for physician office engagements.
• Experience with self-injectable biologic products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams (Sales Directors, Medical Specialists, FRMs) to serve as the go-to payer and process expert for healthcare provider accounts.
• Develop and execute a strategic access and reimbursement plan tailored to the needs of each product and account within your geography.
• Educate physician offices on product coverage, specialty pharmacy processes, and patient support programs to streamline access and pull-through.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with targeted HCP offices to proactively resolve payer coverage barriers in a compliant, patient-centered manner.
• Track local and national payer landscape developments including formulary changes, utilization management criteria, prior authorization, step edits, and appeals; keep field partners informed.
• Support the development of market access materials by sharing field insights on access trends and reimbursement challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical and product knowledge so you are viewed as the most knowledgeable access resource in your therapeutic area.
• Manage your territory budget to deploy resources effectively and drive measurable results.
