Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Boston South to support payer navigation and access for specialty biologics. You will educate physician offices on coverage, prior authorization, and patient support programs, serving as the payer and process expert for Regeneron and Alliance teams.

You will partner with field and commercial colleagues to tailor access plans, monitor payer landscape changes, and drive pull‑through while maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceuticals or subcutaneous self‑injectable biologics, with at least 2 years in reimbursement or field access roles.
• Experience with products distributed through a specialty pharmacy network.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross‑functionally with Regeneron and Alliance teams to be the go‑to payer and process expert.
• Develop and execute strategic access and reimbursement plans for each geography.
• Educate physician offices on product coverage, specialty pharmacy processes, and patient support programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCP offices to resolve payer barriers.
• Track payer landscape developments and keep field partners informed.
• Support development of market access materials with field insights.
