Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to oversee defined accounts in the Greater Miami area, supporting patient access and reimbursement efforts. You will work to implement territory strategies, educate providers on payer coverage, and collaborate with HUB and other teams to resolve coverage challenges.

The role requires experience in health payer processes, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resources.
• Experience in third-party health payer access or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for patient access and reimbursement.
• Execute the territory strategic plan to support reimbursement and access.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and change in benefits.
• Collaborate with HUB and other departments to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Travel up to 40% and support remote/home-office work as needed.
