Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Great Lakes region to drive reimbursement adoption of glaucoma therapies. The role collaborates with surgeons, revenue cycle teams, and practice administrators to remove barriers and accelerate patient access.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or life sciences preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience with medical device or procedure-based products strongly preferred (ophthalmology and CPT knowledge a plus).
• Strong understanding of Buy and Bill reimbursement and payer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME on reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payment pathways for Iantrek’s products across sites of care.
• Educate providers, office staff, and revenue cycle teams on coding and billing practices.
• Partner with accounts to identify and resolve access and reimbursement barriers.
• Guide on prior authorizations, claims submission, denials, and appeals to support reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Market Access to align on strategies and growth initiatives.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and communication.
