Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support access, reimbursement, and adoption of glaucoma therapies.

This field-based role partners with surgeons, admins, and revenue cycle teams to ensure patients can access our innovative technology. As part of the commercial team, you will guide coding and payer processes, collaborate with Sales and Market Access, and help remove barriers to drive procedural growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in reimbursement or market access within healthcare.
• Experience with medical devices or procedural products is a plus.
• Strong Buy and Bill reimbursement knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement and payment pathways across care sites.
• Educate providers and staff on coding, billing, and payer requirements.
• Identify and resolve access barriers impacting product adoption.
• Guide prior authorizations, claims, denials, and appeals processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Market Access to drive growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate updates.
• Share payer policy intelligence to inform strategy.
• Support deployment of reimbursement tools and training materials.
• Travel to field sites as needed (up to 15%).
