Job summary

Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support access, reimbursement, and adoption of glaucoma therapies across a regional US area. This remote role collaborates with surgeons, practice staff, and revenue cycle teams to ensure patients obtain required therapies.

You will educate providers on coding and payer requirements, remove reimbursement barriers, and partner with Sales and Market Access to accelerate product adoption. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or life sciences; MPH/MBA/MHA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience supporting medical device or procedural-based products.
• Strong understanding of Buy and Bill reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payment pathways across sites of care (ASC, HOPD, clinic).
• Educate healthcare providers and revenue cycle teams on coding, billing practices, and payer requirements.
• Partner with accounts to identify and resolve access and reimbursement barriers affecting adoption.
• Guide on prior authorizations, claims, denials, and appeals to support reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborate with field sales to prioritize accounts and support growth initiatives.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
