Job description

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support a specialty pharmaceutical product. This high-impact, client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving access and reimbursement challenges and enjoys building strong relationships with providers. Expertise in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy, including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and provider education.

Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus

Role details

Hybrid Role | 3-4 days In Field + Remote Admin Fridays

Territory: Upstate NY New Haven/Hartford, CT and Springfield MA

Salary: $110K–$115K (based on region and experience)

Responsibilities

Must have experience

• Medicare & Medicaid knowledge, including local payor landscape
• Navigating access challenges when PHI is unavailable
• Escalations, commercial co-pay approvals, and patient assistance programs
