• Interact with concerned parties during inspections or resolutions when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms for validity and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
