Job summary

National General is seeking a Field Property Adjuster in Massachusetts. You will investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish, confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements within your authority.

With proficiency in Xactimate and field/desk experience, you will manage the claim lifecycle including supplements, ALE, contents, and settlements while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license or license eligible for reciprocity in applicable states.
• Experience with field and desk claim handling and Xactimate.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims end-to-end.
• Negotiate settlements and document activities in complex files.
