Kinter, a family-owned retailer display hardware company, seeks a Field Operations Support Specialist to survey stores for ESL conversion readiness, measure components, and document data using Excel and templates. This remote role supports West Coast coverage and requires travel 50-75% with flexible hours during travel weeks.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with compensation fixed between $50,000–$60,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and REAL ID or Passport.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills using tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt on site.

Responsabilités

• Travel to client sites for ESL conversion readiness surveys.
• Take measurements and counts; document data in templates.
• Test product fit and function across store fixtures.
• Document findings via reports and photos.
• Support reporting, data entry, and process coordination.
• Operate and support field technology tools.
