Job summary

Kinter has a remote Field Operations role that travels to customer retail locations to survey ESL readiness, measure accurately, and document quantities using Excel. The applicant will test fit and function across store fixtures and support daily operations with data entry and reporting.

Travel averages 50-75% with West Coast coverage; strong Excel and communication skills are essential. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct ESL readiness surveys and document findings clearly.
• Experience taking measurements and counts using standard tools and templates.
• Ability to test fit/function across various fixture environments per standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills for field data.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to survey ESL readiness and identify components.
• Take measurements and counts; document data in Excel and templates.
• Test product fit and function in store fixtures per guidelines.
• Document field findings with reports and photos.
• Support reporting, data entry, and process coordination tasks.
