Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Regional Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead maintenance execution and reliability across our Northern California territory. This hands-on leadership role supervises Field Service Technicians, coordinates contractors, and ensures fueling locations remain safe, compliant, and operational.

You will drive field operations, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of performance across a geographically dispersed network, with remote-based responsibilities

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in maintenance operations, facilities maintenance, field services, or related field.
• Experience leading technicians, contractors, or field personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Maintenance Operations across the region.
• Oversee and prioritize maintenance work orders and service requests.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Drive operational reliability and site safety/compliance.
• Manage resources, budgets, and reporting; monitor KPIs.
