World Fuel is seeking a Regional Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead field maintenance across Northern California from a remote-based role. You will supervise Field Service Technicians, coordinate contractors, and ensure fueling locations remain safe, compliant, and operational within a large, dispersed network.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong problem-solving, preventive maintenance planning, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities maintenance, or related field.
• Experience leading technicians, contractors, or field personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and field service tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field maintenance operations across the region.

• Oversee work orders, service requests, and ticket aging.
