SpotHero is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to optimize the customer and operator experience through data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration. You will liaise between Customer Service and Revenue teams, drive process enhancements, and support in-market initiatives across Seattle and remote locations.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel 15–20% for on-site evaluation and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent with 1–3 years experience in customer-facing roles or support/account management/operations.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to improve customer and operator experiences and reduce inbound inquiries.
• Collaborate with Revenue teams to communicate value to Operator Partners.
• Convert feedback into actionable improvements and track outcomes.
• Drive workflow and process enhancements to boost efficiency.
• Identify technical solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Coordinate communications with operators and internal stakeholders.
