Job summary

Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to join our field-based Oncology Sales team, covering the Jacksonville, Florida territory, including Tallahassee and Albany/Brunswick. You will educate stakeholders, build relationships, and drive sales growth while delivering patient-centered solutions.

This role supports remote work arrangements with travel up to 25% and requires a valid driver’s license. Competitive compensation includes annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Healthcare/scientific field experience with oncology exposure is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (overnight 10–15%).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for the geography.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand practice structure and needs.
• Communicate patient-centered rationale for Merck Oncology products.
