Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Nurse Liaison to coordinate care for injured workers, ensuring timely communication among the claimant, insurer, and carrier. This remote, field-based role requires travel within your region and a strong focus on efficient, compliant case management.

You will document treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians, vocational resources, and defense attorneys as needed to support successful return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license; licensure in applicable states.
• Two years of FTE direct case management for injured workers or supervision.
• Ongoing CE as required; valid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care among Injured Worker, Insured, and Carrier to facilitate treatment and return to work.
• Attend physician appointments and document diagnoses, prognosis, and rehab plans.
• Maintain timely data entry and monthly reports; ensure effective communication with all parties.
