Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Nurse liaison who coordinates care and communicates pertinent medical information among the Injured Worker, the Insured, and the Carrier to facilitate treatment, rehabilitation, and return to work. This is a remote, field-based role with regular local travel of up to 2 hours in your region.

You will follow CM plans, accept referrals, schedule assessments, maintain records, and support RTW planning while upholding compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license; must be licensed where field case management is provided.
• Certification (e.g., CCM/CRC/CLNC/CRRN) within three years of hire or as required by state.
• At least two years of full-time direct case management for injured workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and communicate medical information among injured worker, insured, and carrier.
• Accept referrals and manage CM plan; schedule initial assessments.
• Maintain data and billing records; submit monthly reports.
• Assist in RTW planning (modified or regular duty) and coordinate with Vocational Counselor as needed.
• Maintain licensure and complete required annual training.
