Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Field Marketing professional to drive the DACH market from a remote-first setup. You will plan and execute campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and analytics teams to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B marketing in tech/digital advertising, strong ABM, lead-gen, and event management skills, and fluency in German and English (C1+). Remote work is supported globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably technology/digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and experience engaging target groups.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the DACH marketing plan to support pipeline and ROI.
• Coordinate campaigns from briefing through reporting to drive lead generation.
• Plan and execute owned and external events from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with DACH Regional Business Director, Sales, Account Management and Data Analyst teams.
