Job summary

Premium Service Brands is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing to act as the primary marketing partner for franchise owners and brands. This remote role translates corporate strategy into actionable local execution, guiding investments and activities across digital marketing, referrals, and community engagement.

The Sr. Manager/Manager will coach owners, deliver quarterly plans, and monitor KPIs to drive measurable local performance and successful launch for new owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in franchise, field, multi-location, local, or related marketing.
• Experience working directly with franchise owners, business owners, or local operators preferred.
• Strong understanding of local marketing strategy, budgeting, digital marketing, reputation, referrals, and grassroots marketing.
• Ability to interpret marketing and business-performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Strong coaching, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple owners, brands, and priorities.
• Proactive, data-informed, and comfortable influencing execution without direct authority.
• Franchise or home-services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owner Marketing Strategy & Coaching: primary marketing partner for franchise owners, 1:1 coaching and actionable plans.
• Monthly Marketing Playbooks: execute priorities with goals, actions, resources, and measurable outcomes.
• Owner Education & Communication: deliver weekly communications, training, and office hours.
• Local Marketing & Budget Guidance: advise on digital, reputation, referrals, and grassroots investments.
• Performance & KPIs: monitor metrics and translate into clear recommendations.
• OXP & New Owner Support: training during OXP and first 90 days support.
• Brand & Vendor Partnership: participate in brand calls and work with leadership and vendors.
• Field Insights: share feedback to marketing leadership about needs and opportunities.
