Job summary

Budderfly, a fast-growing energy management company, seeks a Field Marketing and Events Manager to design and execute in-person and virtual events that drive revenue. You will target audiences, coordinate with leaders, and manage end-to-end campaigns from webinars to sponsorships in a remote-friendly setup.

You will leverage data analytics in HubSpot, manage budgets, and partner with sales to optimize pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing roles, specializing in events.
• Experience managing 20–30 events per year, corporate lead in-person with responsibility.
• HubSpot Marketing expertise; certification preferred.
• Experience running webinars from concept to post-production.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to speak with partners, customers, and leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and select specific events to reach that audience; evaluate participation effectiveness.
• Develop and execute pre-event targeting and priming activities and social events.
• Collaborate with the Director of Events to build a corporate lead event program for US audiences.
• Plan and execute strategic corporate lead events, webinars, and tradeshow sponsorships.
• Coordinate and manage promotion and logistics, including budgets.
• Manage lead imports, follow-up, and pipeline reporting tracked to revenue.
• Partner with external vendors and sponsorship opportunities based on reach and relevance.
• Oversee logistics and budgets for each event/campaign with timelines and assets; post-event communications.
• Analyze event data to influence future marketing strategies through HubSpot.
