Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree required or equivalent education/work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year installation or related experience.
- CAPM or PMP Certification a plus.
- Ability to obtain healthcare facility credentialing as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical leadership for all installations and service support to address urgent needs.
- Deliver installation and site assessment training (remote and on-site) to current and new hires. This includes creating training materials and tools that will be used during on-boarding.
- Evaluate candidates for ability to install dispensers and complete site assessments.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the GOJO field team processes.
- Perform on-site audits to identify quality opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in installations with the installation Team and site assessments with field project specialist team.
