Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Manager of Field Operations to lead a team in ensuring successful product installations across dealerships. This mid-senior level role requires significant travel (50%+) and experience in field team management within the automotive or tech sectors. The ideal candidate will bring excellent logistical and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 based on your skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
• Supervisory responsibility for managing 4-8 Field Technicians.
• Experience managing field teams or operations in automotive and tech.
• Comfortable with CRM/field ops software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product installation and launch execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Technicians.
• Monitor field activity to ensure timely installations.
• Manage third-party installation teams and compliance.
• Track and report on installation completion rates.
