Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a Field Experience Counselor to coordinate clinical and practicum activities and act as a liaison to faculty and students. This role offers remote work opportunities for residents in AZ, ID, or UT, with two weeks of in-person training at the Phoenix campus and virtual follow-up via Zoom.

Starting salary is $38,000 per year. You are self-motivated with a passion for education, and have strong customer service and account management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 60 credits with 2 years related experience.
• 6 months related higher education experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, students.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Collect immunization and health/safety docs for rotations.
• Ensure deadlines and notify non-compliance.
• Inform students/faculty before expiration/updates.
• Assist with placement for practicum/clinical rotations.
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound student calls.
• Establish rapport with students.
• Encourage students to meet requirements.
• Work as part of a high-performance team.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently.
