Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage field events and workshops across Oregon. You will handle day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, reporting to the Marketing Lead—Energy Programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, travel up to 20%, and collaboration with internal teams.

Open to candidates statewide with hybrid/remote options; Portland office travel expected. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality/event management, business administration, public relations or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience or equivalent internships.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Asana or Basecamp is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review event requests and secure approvals from appropriate marketing managers.
• Capture and track event deadlines in the event tracker.
• Serve as the main contact for event organizers and manage logistics.
• Coordinate booth layouts, materials, and signage; arrange shipping.
• Assist with sponsorship deliverables and staff briefing documents.
• Track vendor invoices and assist with purchase orders and budgets.
• Support on-site setup and staffing at events; handle post-event wrap-up.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors.
