Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Field Education Program Manager based in the United States. This remote role supports a graduate Master of Social Work field education program with leadership for student placements, agency partnerships, and field education operations.

You’ll collaborate with social work faculty, manage compliance tracking, and contribute to accreditation, reporting, and program assessment while building relationships with community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a related field is preferred.
• Strong organization and detailed record management experience.
• Experience in higher education, behavioral health, or human services is advantageous.
• Clear communication across colleagues, students, and external partners.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field education program administration for MSW students.
• Support agency partnerships and maintain partnership records and databases.
• Assist with processing and tracking external agreements and documentation.
• Monitor student progress and compliance with field requirements.
• Manage calendars, meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Plan outreach events and coordinate communications related to field education.
• Support accreditation and assessment documentation preparation.
