Job summary

ITC Service Group is seeking a Drop Dispatcher to receive and review service calls, schedule installation orders, and dispatch field technicians to customers' homes. The role requires monitoring technician locations and optimizing appointment timelines.

The dispatcher will work remote with potential office reporting, 6AM–8PM CST, four 10-hour days, including at least one weekend day; a High School Diploma and experience in dispatching or cable/internet is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1–2 years dispatching field personnel preferred.
• Prior Cable or Internet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor dispatch schedule for field technicians to ensure timely installations.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to customers' homes per schedule and needs.
• Maintain logs, reports and information on service calls and outages.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Place outbound calls to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Deliver quality customer service by phone to meet organizational goals.
• Utilize dispatch systems including Google Docs, Chrome Browser and Oracle Field Services.
• Follow directives from management.
• Provide on-site support as needed.
