Job summary

ITC Service Group, a AFL subsidiary, is seeking a Drop Dispatcher to join its remote team serving gfiber markets. You will receive and review service calls, schedule orders for internet and video installations and dispatch field technicians to customers’ homes.

The role requires reliable communication, accurate logging, and the ability to coordinate with customers and technicians. Dispatch hours are 6AM–8PM CST, four 10-hour days, with at least one weekend day and occasional office reporting as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One to two years dispatching experience preferred.
• Cable or Internet experience preferred; MSO topology knowledge a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor dispatch schedule for field technicians.
• Dispatch technicians to customers’ homes per schedule and needs.
• Maintain logs and reports for service calls and outages.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer needs professionally.
• Place outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Contribute to quality customer service by phone.
• Follow management directives and provide on-site support as needed.
