Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari devices, lead trainings, and identify therapy opportunities in regional hospitals. You will communicate complex clinical details, support field inquiries, and help bridge clinical practice with product development.

Requires 3+ years in a medical device clinical role, cardiovascular knowledge, and strong English communication. Travel and field-based collaboration are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Understanding of sales process is a plus.
• Must be open to a dynamic work environment with frequent interaction with physicians and hospital staff across locations.
• Desire to participate in a healthcare team and anticipate needs of others.
• Ability to solve complex clinical problems with critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in the hospital environment.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Demonstrate understanding of Inari products and related devices, trends, and players.
• Collaborate with product development to provide feedback on device features and new development.
• Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
