Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling and troubleshooting. You will develop training sessions, collaborate with regional managers, and serve as the clinical interface between medical staff and the company.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, 3+ years in medical device settings, and excellent English communication. Travel to multiple hospital sites is expected; base + commission structure applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Excellent command of the English language with written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features.
