Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical expertise to ensure safe adoption of Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, clinic staff and field teams to drive procedural and practice success.

The role requires clinical/healthcare experience, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel within the territory. Salary ranges reflect geographic considerations and the advanced nature of the role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical/healthcare or medical device experience OR 1+ year Inspire experience with a related degree
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Travel ability within territory (including overnights)

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on training/support for targeted customers.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed clinical information to customers and sales team.
• Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
