Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Field Clinical Practice Performance Consultant to support New Hanover County, NC and surrounding areas. The role focuses on performance evaluation, data-driven improvement, and collaboration with OB providers and public health partners.

The position requires maternity care experience, strong data analysis and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% locally. Remote work is possible within a reasonable commute, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with maternity populations (OB provider or OB clinic setting) OR local health departments.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis and interpretation, systems analysis, graphical display of data, public speaking, group leadership and facilitation, and problem solving.
• 2+ years of experience working with Medicaid populations.
• 2+ years of experience creating presentations and presenting data to physicians, administrators, and community partners.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and performance evaluation through monitoring and analysis of CMARC/CMHRP program requirements and develop strategies.
• Facilitate meetings with CMARC/CMHRP programs to monitor progress towards requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and best practices to assist OB providers and CMARC/CMHRP Programs in meeting contractual requirements.
• Build relationships with OB providers, CMARC/CMHRP programs, practice leadership and clinical influencers.
• Serve as liaison and clinical resource to foster communication across disciplines and partners.
