Job summary

UnitedHealthcare in North Carolina seeks a seasoned professional to oversee CMARC/CMHRP programs supporting maternity care improvements. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and collaborate with OB providers, health departments, and CIN partners to drive high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.

The role requires travel up to 75%, strong data presentation skills, and experience with Medicaid populations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with maternity populations.
• Experience in data analysis, systems analysis, and presenting data to leaders.
• Experience working with the Medicaid population.
• Experience presenting data to physicians, administrators and partners.
• Intermediate MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and monitoring of CMARC/CMHRP program requirements and performance strategies.
• Lead meetings to track progress toward program goals.
• Provide support and best practices for OB providers and CMARC/CMHRP programs.
• Build relationships with OB providers, program leadership and clinicians.
• Serve as liaison across CINs, UHC teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with DHHS/DPH leadership on CMARC/CMHRP programs.
• Consult with internal partners to identify organizational challenges.
• Educate on PMP practices and tools to improve outcomes.
• Apply quality improvement to assist LHD/OB providers.
• Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities.
• Facilitate data visualization discussions and data sharing.
• Coordinate with quality/AMH/provider relations on needs.
• Participate in Joint Operational Committee with external care management partners.
• Represent Health Plan at community events and clinics.
