Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to lead a remote, US-based team of field clinicians supporting cardiac electrophysiology procedures across clinical sites. In this high-visibility role, you will combine hands-on clinical expertise with coaching and operations leadership to ensure readiness, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of EP leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health field or equivalent required.
• 5+ years leading field Clinical Specialists in electrophysiology or as field trainer.
• Strong clinical knowledge of EP procedures and products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel >50% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Clinical Specialists.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve proficiency.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Provide clinical expertise during cardiac ablation procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Travel to clinical sites to support activities and build relationships.
