Kardium Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Clinical Specialists in support of the Globe Pulsed Field System launch.

You will provide clinical expertise during cardiac ablation and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the USA. This remote role requires deep knowledge of electrophysiology, exceptional leadership, and the ability to travel extensively to clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology or as a Field Trainer.
• Strong clinical knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and work in the USA.

As a Field Clinical Manager, you willplay an instrumental role inthe success of thecommercial launch for the GlobePulsed FieldSystem.You willberesponsible forbuilding,managingand supporting a team of Field Clinical Specialists whowillprovide clinicalexpertiseand support forthe Globe System. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation andutilizationof our products in clinical settings, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving the overall success ofthe commercial launch.

Please note, this opportunity is a remote work arrangement based in the United States.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
• 5+years experienceleading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiologyor experience as a Field Trainer
• Strong clinical knowledge andexpertisein electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to take onadditionalresponsibilities as appropriate
• Ability to work in the USA
• A valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel over 50%

Compensation

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium's stock option plan.

• $175,000 – 230,000 (USD Annually)
