Job summary

EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Engineer to support clinical research programs across the United States.

This remote field-based role requires residency within the assigned region and extensive travel to clinical sites. You will provide clinical, technical, and educational support, train physicians and staff on the WiSE System, and ensure protocol adherence and data quality across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in CRM or electrophysiology.
• Experience with cardiac rhythm management products.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical study execution at assigned sites, including recruitment and enrollment.
• Provide hands-on clinical, technical, and educational support to physicians and staff.
• Train clinicians on WiSE System device use and study procedures.
• Develop and refine processes to improve site efficiency and data quality.
• Troubleshoot procedural or device-related issues and escalate to internal teams.
• Contribute to investigator meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with investigators and site staff as the clinical liaison.
