EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Phoenix to provide hands-on clinical support for LV leadless CRT devices. You will train physicians and staff, assist during procedures, and ensure seamless site operations.

You will travel up to 80% to healthcare facilities and industry events, delivering education and validating procedures while maintaining regulatory compliance and high patient care standards.

Formación

• High school diploma with 11 years of relevant clinical support experience; or
• Associate degree with 9 years of relevant clinical support experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant clinical support experience; or
• Advanced degree with 5 years of relevant clinical support experience.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and project management tools.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or advanced cardiac therapies.
• Familiarity with imaging, and ability to train diverse audiences in interventional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including international travel and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site clinical assistance and technical expertise during LV leadless therapy procedures.
• Identify suitable patients, ensure best practices, and troubleshoot devices as needed.
• Assist in pre- and post-procedure planning and follow-up addressing technical or clinical issues.
• Offer training sessions, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
• Guide users through imaging modalities, procedure workflows, and evolving product features.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams at assigned sites.
• Deliver education materials including models, simulations, and in-service programs.
• Ensure teams understand device functionality and clinical data interpretation.
• Gather feedback on device performance and outcomes for product improvements.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and document activities accurately.
