EBR Systems, Inc. is advancing breakthrough cardiac rhythm technology and is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to deliver clinical, technical, and educational support for our LV CRT devices. You will train physicians and EP staff, ensuring safe use and ongoing optimization of device performance.

This role involves working closely with sites, providing procedural guidance, and traveling up to 80% to support multiple locations. A strong clinical background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical support experience in field clinical support or clinical engineering.
• CRM software, Microsoft Office, virtual meetings, and project management tools.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm management or related therapies.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical assistance and technical expertise during LV leadless therapy procedures.
• Identify suitable patients, ensure best practices, and troubleshoot devices as needed.
• Deliver training sessions and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with physicians and clinical teams and support site activities.
