Job summary

AMERISAFE is seeking a Field Case Manager for Workers' Comp Adjusting to support our Pennsylvania team. This remote role involves on-site investigations, determining compensability, establishing reserves, and processing benefit payments for injured workers within the designated territory.

Travel within the territory is frequent, with relocation possible if needed. The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $95,000, plus reimbursement for cell phone/internet and a target case load of 60

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional business experience acceptable.
• State license to handle Workers' Compensation claims if required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and in-person investigations and determine compensability.
• Establish reserves, document decision making and issue benefits.
• Notify the State administrative authority as required.
