AMERISAFE is seeking a Field Case Manager - Workers' Comp Adjuster for Minneapolis, MN. This remote role conducts on-site investigations, determines compensability, establishes reserves, and coordinates benefit payments with injured workers, employers, and medical/legal professionals.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or related professional experience, state license if required, strong communication and customer service, ability to learn proprietary software and Microsoft Office, and

Qualifications

• Workers' Compensation Claims experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional business experience acceptable.
• State license to handle Workers' Compensation claims if required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
• World-class customer service attitude required.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software and Microsoft Office products.
• Remote position requiring self-direction.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Frequent travel within designated territory required (rare overnight travel).

Responsibilities
