Qualifications

• Experience in Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional business experience acceptable.
• State license to handle Workers' Compensation claims if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and in-person investigations to determine compensability.
• Establish reserves and document decision making for each claim.
• Issue benefit payments and notify the State administrative authority as required.
• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and legal professionals.
• Travel within designated territory and maintain timely case load.
