Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred; or bachelor’s degree in health or human services with CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High speed internet required and MVR check may apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support and coordinate care for injured workers.
• Identify providers and facilities to obtain optimal value for client and payer.
• Communicate with all parties to facilitate recovery and return-to-work.
