Sedgwick Field Case Manager in Lexington, KY works face to face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate care, advocate for timely treatment, and coordinate communication among parties. This role requires travel and maintains a home-based office.

Ideal candidates have clinical or rehabilitation knowledge to manage complex conditions and support return-to-work, with a strong commitment to the Caring Counts mission and client service excellence.

Formación

• RN licensure preferred; or bachelor’s degree in health or human services with one of the following certifications: CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High‑speed internet required.
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check; accommodations considered when applicable.
• Mental: clear thinking, judgment, problem solving, discretion under pressure; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as patient advocate to support and coordinate care for injured workers, families and caregivers through recovery.
• Assist injured workers in achieving recovery via advocacy, education, and resource identification.
• Identify appropriate providers and facilities to ensure timely, cost‑effective services for clients and reimbursements.
