Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking a Calibration Technician – Field Service to calibrate equipment in the shop and at customer sites. The role involves travel across Missouri and the US, ensuring procedures and ISO 17025 standards are followed while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/technical background with calibration exposure, strong communication, and attention to detail. This is a remote, field-based opportunity supporting our Kansas City operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Electrical/Physical/Mechanical calibration experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in a technical or mechanical role.
• Punctual, detail‑oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations in shop and at customer sites.
• Adhere to ISO 17025 and company procedures.
• Calibrate a variety of devices per procedures and standards.
• Communicate with customers and provide status updates throughout the process.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Travel to customer locations across Missouri and the US as needed.
