Accredited Labs is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our calibration and metrology team. You will perform calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and measurement services at customer facilities to uphold quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical/technical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Travel to customer locations is expected as part of providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and verification of test and measurement equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and measurement systems and communicate findings to customers.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation.
• Travel to customer locations as required and support quality objectives.
