Job summary

Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 500 technology leader, is seeking a Field Application Engineer IP&E in Poland. You will act as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers and the sales team, focusing on interconnect, electromechanical, and passive products.

The role requires 5 years of experience with electronic products, a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Polish and English fluency, willingness to travel regionally, and a remote-friendly environment with a company car or car

Qualifications

5 years' experience with electronic products or technologies.
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in Polish electronics market.
Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical project manager between customers, partners, and the sales team.
Drive demand by maximizing Arrow IP&E content in designs.
Build customer and supplier relationships via technical initiatives and programs.
Develop strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.
Expand business potential through targeted projects with strategic customers.
Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.
